The largest Echelon Diamond built-in pairs a black glass control panel with either a digital touchscreen thermometer (Bluetooth/smartphone monitoring and meat probe) or an analog thermometer. Cast 304 stainless burners feed flavor grids and patented Diamond Sear grids, with two recessed infrared backburners for rotisserie cooking. An optional Magic View window lets you watch food without lifting the hood.
