The 36-inch Echelon Diamond is Fire Magic's best-selling grill, available with a digital touchscreen thermometer (Bluetooth remote monitoring, meat probe) or an analog thermometer behind a black glass control panel. It uses cast stainless burners, flavor grids and patented Diamond Sear grids, plus a recessed infrared backburner for rotisserie. Either version can be ordered with the Magic View hood window.
