The EL500 is Fire Magic's premium outdoor electric grill, reaching up to 700F with preheat under 15 minutes. Digital versions use touchscreen thermostatic control (single or dual zone) with Bluetooth/Wi-Fi access and a meat-probe thermometer; the analog version uses a simple thermostat knob and tops out at 650F. A ceramic glass Magic View window is available on the dual-control model.
