The Flagship 1600 is recteq's flagship smoker, with 1,665 sq in across three racks, an improved grease management system and the latest controller. A 40 lb hopper gives about 40 hours of continuous cooking from 180°F to 700°F. It's built like a tank from stainless steel, with Wi-Fi app control.
